Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You can place a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Used, damaged, or customized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.

2. Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non‑returnable, such as:

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non‑returnable” on the product page.

  • Items showing signs of misuse, impact damage, or intentional tampering.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at stylaire0@gmail.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will confirm eligibility and share the return instructions and, where applicable, a return address or label.

  3. Pack the product securely to avoid damage in transit and dispatch it as per the instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If you received a wrong, damaged, or defective item, we will bear the reasonable return shipping cost or provide a prepaid label.

  • For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size/colour ordered, etc.), customer pays the return shipping.

5. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.

  • Shipping / COD charges (if any) are typically non‑refundable, except where the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

6. Exchanges

  • Direct exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Where an exchange is not possible, we may offer a refund or store credit as per this policy.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the issue and outer packaging.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost to you.
