3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

Our support team will confirm eligibility and share the return instructions and, where applicable, a return address or label.

Pack the product securely to avoid damage in transit and dispatch it as per the instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs

If you received a wrong, damaged, or defective item, we will bear the reasonable return shipping cost or provide a prepaid label.

For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size/colour ordered, etc.), customer pays the return shipping.
5. Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.

Shipping / COD charges (if any) are typically non‑refundable, except where the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
